The god Ra is both the Egyptian God, coming from ancient Egypt therefore, but also the sun. Studying old Egypt makes it possible to better understand how humans understand sky.

The ancient Egypt’s Egyptians blessed the sun. But they mostly wrote hieroglyphs, that is, pictures making words.

But the ancient Egyptians saw matter as energy. Matter is indeed energy. While the West discovered this in the nineteenth century, the Egyptians had said this 20,000 years ago. It is believed that it was the hieroglyphs’ understanding that allowed this Western discovery.

So being interested in Africa allows us to better understand how our world works. Understanding hieroglyphs is a major asset.
