Everything is energy. Atoms are inert energy. Waves have energy in them.

The energy makes it possible to create heat which is then distributed. Energy can take different forms. It could be a wood fire. It could be the electricity that activates the light lamps. It can be a water dam that creates electricity. It could be an atom splitting to release a lot of heat.

It is difficult to understand the energy’s transformation’s phenomenon into heat. It is known that friction releases energy into heat.

It is possible that energy creates particles in the sun. It is therefore necessary to review the sun’s durability with that last idea.
